When you use our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message. We do not collect or store payment information — bookings are handled through Fresha.

We process your data solely to respond to your enquiries and manage appointment bookings. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking data is retained for up to 2 years, after which it is securely deleted.

We do not sell or share your personal data. Your data may be processed by our third-party service providers: Squarespace (website hosting and form data, processed in the USA under standard contractual clauses); and Fresha (online booking platform).
